Returns Policy

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. Each product has been thoroughly checked before being sent out. If by any chance you are not 100% satisfied we will promptly exchange or refund your order. Simply send us an email or give us a call within 7 days from the date you received your purchased item and state the reasons for the return. We will be more than happy to assist you with an exchange or refund.

 
Any returned item must be:-
  • Returned within 10 days of the date of purchase found on the receipt.
  • Shipped via registered or express post, with a tracking number confirmation. We will not be responsible for any lost returned items.
  • In the same condition as it was sent - unworn, in the original packaging and with tags still attached. We will not accept any items that have been worn, damaged, altered, marked or misused in anyway. A copy of your receipt should accompany the returned item.

We regret that we are unable to refund the original postage and handling costs unless the item is faulty or not as ordered.

Exchanges and refunds are processed after checking the condition of the returned merchandise.

Refunds and exchanges are accepted on non-sale items only.
